About this Event

When our children are doing their work at home, whether they’re only doing their homework or they’re utilizing a full virtual learning model, parents often find it to be a struggle. Tracy will address various at-home learning issues, as well as some solutions that can be quickly implemented.

Tracy Lee is currently the Family Engagement Specialist/Special Projects Coordinator in the Department of Special Education and Student Services at the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). She provides leadership and technical assistance to Parent Resource Centers (PRCs) throughout the Commonwealth and trains both parents and school divisions in parental rights, dispute resolution, and best practices in collaboration through the special education process. She is also managing a grant project through the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities regarding Critical Decision Points for Families of Students with Disabilities.
