Hello previous and possibly new vendors of Family Fair,
It’s that time again–I hope you will consider being a part of this wonderful community event!  Please forward this email to others who may be interested.
If anyone is interested in being a presenter, please contact me for the special link to participate.  We want to provide as much information to our community as we can. Family Fair 2013 is scheduled for- Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Caroline Middle School 8 a.m to 1:30 p.m. Family Fair is a resource and information fair for parents, children, educators, people with disabilities, child care providers and senior citizens.  There are approximately 20 sessions of which participants will have three opportunities to attend a class of their choice throughout the day.  We provide a separate schedule of events for youth and teens through our child supervision/teen programs, so that adults can attend sessions worry free.  Breakfast and Lunch is provided with registration.
Last year was a huge success with approximately 450 people in attendance.We anticipate that number will grow as we continue this momentum. As we enter our 9th year coordinating Family Fair, we ask that you consider being a part of this community event as a vendor and perhaps also as a sponsor.  We will again provide a vendor passport to encourage families to visit at least 15 vendors to be eligible for special vendor door prizes.  Due to economic conditions that has affected funding for Family Fair, vendors will again be asked to provide a door prize valued at $25 or more and in addition; there will be a $10 non-refundable early-bird registration fee (after February 8th – the vendor fee will be $25.00) for each vendor space which includes the table/seat/tablecloth.  As always breakfast and lunch will be provided.
We also ask that you please consider Sponsorship Opportunities to help defray the costs of Family Fair and to help us continue this wonderful community event – free of charge to our community:
Copper – $50 – business card size in the program
Bronze – $250 – 1/4 page ad in the program
Silver –   $500 – 1/2 page ad in the program
Gold –     $750 – 3/4 page ad in the program
Platinum – $1,000 – Full page ad in the program
Sponsor all or a portion of breakfast – Indicate amount _____
Sponsor all or a portion of lunch- Indicate amount _____Please note that registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve-paid registration to the first 45 vendors. These spaces fill up quickly so please register now to secure your space.  If your agency requires a W-9 IRS form with our EIN, please let me know.
The deadline for early- bird vendor $10 registration/fee is Friday, February 8, 2013 so the Family Fair program can be printed. 


After the deadline date, vendor registration is $25.00.
