Dear Community Partner:
The Family Fair Planning Committee,  Caroline County Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) in partnership with the Parent Resource Center (PRC) is sponsoring its 12th Annual community event, “Family Fair”, to be held at Caroline Middle School on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  We invite you to participate in this very exciting event!

The goal of this event is to provide information concerning families (infants, youth, teens, & senior citizens), people with special needs, and professionals.  Family Fair also provides literacy, health and developmental screenings, childcare provider training, and child supervision.  Through our vendor fair we also promote the services available in our community and surrounding areas.

We are asking for promotional giveaways and informational material to assist us in providing participants with breakfast and lunch, door prizes, packets and grab bags.  We are expecting 450 – 500 participants.   For your contribution: You will be listed as a supporter and/or sponsor in each participant’s event packet/program,  your promotional giveaway items will be included in each participants packet, and your company name and location will be announced with each door prize you provide.

You may want to consider being a part of this community event as a vendor and perhaps also as a sponsor.  There is a non-refundable registration fee for each vendor space which includes the table/seat and vendors must provide a door prize valued at $25 or more which will be taken at registration (additional prize drawings may also be conducted at your vendor site and you will be provided an opportunity to announce these individual drawings).  Please note that registration will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve-paid registration to the first 45 vendors. The following Sponsorship Opportunities has defrayed the costs of Family Fair for the past 12 years.  Please help us continue this valuable community event by becoming a sponsor:

Copper – $50 – Business Card size ad in the program
Bronze – $250 – 1/4 page ad in the program
Silver –   $500 – 1/2 page ad in the program
Gold –          $750 – 3/4 page ad in the program
Platinum – $1,000 – Full page ad in the program
Sponsor All or a portion of Breakfast
Sponsor All or a portion of Lunch

Family Fair wants to give back to the community! **Support our local Food Pantry by bringing canned or boxed items to Family Fair! ** You will receive a door prize ticket for your donations.

Please be sure to mail the non-refundable EARLY BIRD RATE $15.00 registration fee (BY FEBRUARY 12, 2016) or your sponsorship of $50, $250, $500, $750, or $1,000 for Family Fair 2016 indicated on the registration form above.
If you chose one of the sponsorship’s, please email the ad in a word document format, that you want in the program to Susan Gayle sgayle@ccps.us  

The DEADLINE for EARLY BIRD RATE vendor Registration/fee/sponsorship is February 12, 2016 or when tables fill up. Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first serve paid registration to the first 45 vendors. These spaces will fill up quickly.

 Please park BEHIND Caroline Middle School and enter through the doors in the back of the school beginning at 7:30 a.m. to check in.

You will receive an email reminder with these instructions as we approach the event date.

 Vendor Checklist:
> Paid early bird vendor registration fee of $15 by 2-12-16
> After 2-12-16 registration is $25
> If participating in sponsorship – please mail check
> With paid sponsorship – please email ad to sgayle@ccps.us
> Bring door prize – Value $25 or more to Family Fair (a volunteer will label and collect from your table)
> Bring donation of can/box goods for Caroline Food Pantry
> Be prepared to have fun at the 12th Annual Family Fair – Saturday, March 12, 2016
